Ethan Reeve
Director of Strength and Athletic Performance, Mondo
Ethan Reeve is the national director for strength and athletic performance at Mondo USA. Coach Reeve has coached wrestling at the high school and collegiate level for 13 years and has been a director of strength and conditioning at the high school and collegiate level for 31 years. He has coached many State Champions, NCAA All-Americans, National Champions, and Olympic Champions, as well as many professional athletes. He is also a former CSCCA board member and former organization president. Ethan Reeve also holds a Master Strength Coach certification from the CSCCA.
Tony Decker
Director of Strength and Conditioning, Physical Education Department Chair, Chattanooga Christian School
Tony Decker is a nationally sought-after speaker on Strength and Conditioning and Sports Medicine. He is a four-time College Strength Coach of the Year. He is the current Director of Strength and Conditioning and Physical Education Department Chair at Chattanooga Christian School. Coach Decker is the former Director of Strength and Conditioning at the University of Virginia, University of Delaware, Susquehanna University, Temple University, and Coastal Carolina University. Decker was an athletic trainer for over 20 years and has taught at the college level topics on rehab, program design, strength and conditioning, and anatomy and physiology. He continues to present on these topics at Clinics and Symposiums nationwide.
Ray Bear
Human Performance Coordinator, U.S. Army Special Operations Command
Ray Bear is a U.S. Army veteran with 24 years of experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach in various pro sports and university settings. Since 2010, he has served as the Human Performance and Wellness Coordinator with the 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne). He holds the CSCS certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the USAW Club Coach certification. Ray currently lives in Pinehurst, NC, with his wife Maria and four children, Levi, Eli, Caidy, and Anna.
