Learn The Basics Of GPS Wearables
Sports wearable devices monitor heart and breathing rates, sweat and calories, distance and speed, exact positioning and player workload, and many more factors. It is a marvel of modern ingenuity that these devices exist, and work so well. But they are ultimately useless if one does not interpret and leverage that data. How does a coach use them with a team?

Join Phil Matusz, Head Strength Coach at Boston College, and Mathew Pell, Senior Applied Sports Scientist at Catapult Sports, for an expert discussion on how coaches can use wearable tech to turn data into improving performance at the high school and collegiate level.

This webinar will cover;
- A Broad Overview of Wearables
- The Basics of GPS/Trackable Technology
- How Teams Have Improved Team Tactics and Positioning
- How to use data to support athlete conversations
