Lance Lee
Director of Community Impact at TeamSnap
Lance is the Director of Community Impact at TeamSnap. In this role, his primary focus is on increasing access to sport in underserved communities. Although relatively new to this role, making an impact in communities is what Lance has done throughout his career. As a nonprofit executive, he has served as President and CEO of a nationally recognized Sports Based Youth Development Organization, Legacy Youth Tennis and Education (formerly Arthur Ashe Youth Tennis and Education), worked for the United States Tennis Association as Executive Director of the Southern California Section (served as a member of the USTA Foundation Board), and more recently served as an Executive Director with the Greater Philadelphia YMCA. In each of these role’s sport was always at the center of the position, however; Lance made sure that promoting community integration and upliftment was as integral a part of the role as was sport. Lance was a collegiate athlete.
Dr. Brad Miller
Licensed clinical psychologist and founder of Soccer Resilience
Dr. Brad Miller, Psy.D. has spent over 20 years helping youth and adult athletes grow their ability to control their performance anxiety and stress, to persevere and improve their overall sports performance. Brad played at Wake Forest University (1989 ACC Champion), and as a lifelong soccer player, coach and parent, he knows a thing or two about the game.

Retired, Director of Health, Physical Education, Athletics and Health Services for the Byram Hills School District
A member of the national teaching faculty of the NIAAA and co-author of LTC 630, “Contest Management Planning and Methods”, LTC 631 “Emergency Management of Interscholastic Athletic Events.” And presenting working on LTC 628 “Mental Health and Wellness of the Student-Athlete” which will launch at the National Conference in December. Adjunct professor at Lehman College at the City University of New York. Teaching courses in Mental Health, Parenting, Health and Human Behavior, Health Education and Promotion and Program Planning and Development.
